Conoscenze e abilità da conseguire

Al termine del corso lo studente - conosce in modo approfondito le dinamiche evolutive del diritto amministrativo alla luce della cooperazione internazionale e sovranazionale instaurata in materia tra Stati; - è in grado di apprezzare l’incidenza della disciplina di origine internazionale e sovranazionale sull’organizzazione e le performances delle pubbliche amministrazioni e degli enti territoriali e locali e può orientarne il comportamento valorizzandone l’efficacia e l’efficienza.

Modalità di verifica e valutazione dell'apprendimento

The assessment will be focused on the Student's knowledge as well as the ability to settle issues related to the course subjects.
