84232 - Fundamentals of Mechanics of Machines M

Academic Year 2021/2022

  • Moduli: Michele Conconi (Modulo 1) Marco Carricato (Modulo 2)
  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures (Modulo 1) Traditional lectures (Modulo 2)
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: Second cycle degree programme (LM) in Automation Engineering (cod. 8891)

Learning outcomes

This course aims at strengthening student’s knowledge about the mechanical components that compose machines and underlie industrial automation. At the end of the course, the student possesses the fundamental notions and methodologies for the study of problems concerning modelling and analysis of mechanical transmissions. In particular, he/she is able to perform the kinematic, kinetostatic and dynamic analyses of simple planar mechanisms and drives.
