Learning outcomes
The student will be able to recognize the main issues related to the organization of health services with reference to the mechanisms of coordination and control. The student will acquire principles and methods of budget management in healthcare companies.

Service companies.
Healthcare companies and measurement, planning, evaluation and control tools.
The application to the territorial assistance and to the management of the Therapeutic Assistance Disgnostic Plans
