Learning outcomes
At the end of the workshop, the student:
- knows how to apply what was covered in the integrated course within a simulated learning environment;
- knows how to critically reflect on the proposed topics in a group.
Course contents
Several studies in mathematics education identify the workshop as the most significant setting for building lasting and solid knowledge. As Bolondi (2019) writes, "mathematics is not learned through contemplation"; mathematics is lived and explored.
The classroom situations proposed during the workshop will allow for active experimentation and stimulate critical reflection on theoretical elements anchored in teaching.
The proposals will always be tailored for preschool and/or primary school.

Teaching methods
The proposed teaching will have a purely laboratory nature.
There will be moments of sharing and critical group reflection, so as to make the laboratory as active and participatory as possible.
Assessment methods
The final evaluation will take into account the participatory approach shown during the workshop hours, the punctuality in delivery and the correctness (formal and substantial) of the final paper to be produced, as well as its relevance. More precise indications regarding the paperwork will be provided during the workshop.
The final grade will concur for the DIDATTICA DELLA MATEMATICA CON ELEMENTI DI STATISTICA course exam, with a score of -1, 0, or +1.
