Short Bio

An adjunct professor at the University of Bologna since 2022 and a graduate in Primary Education Sciences, she has focused her studies and professional practice on mathematics education. Her research interests center specifically on mathematics education within a laboratory-based setting, framed by the principles of special education.

She conducts mathematics education workshops for the Primary Education Sciences degree program and the university’s specialization course for special needs teaching; having served as a Coordinating Tutor until 2021, she assumed the role of Organizing Tutor in September 2025.

From 2017 to 2020, she authored the mathematics education section of the magazine *Nuovo Gulliver News* (Edizioni Didattiche Gulliver Srl), and since 2018, she has collaborated with the publisher Pearson (now Sanoma) to produce articles, sections, and textbooks adopted by practicing primary school teachers.

For several years, she has been involved in the initial and in-service training of school staff, with a particular focus on teachers working in the first cycle of education.
