Course contents
The course will allow students to learn the principles of project design. Intervention projects will be considered with a specific focus on:
- Leading the reader to understand “Why Bother”?
- Defining the topic of the project
- Summarizing the state-of-art
- Planning the project and its implementation (e.g., plan of activities, Gantt)
- Building relationships with other partners
Special attention will be devoted to projects related to the two pillars of the master's degree (i.e., well-being across the lifespan and social inclusivity). In this regard, practical examples of interventions will be shown, with a specific focus on:
- interventions aimed at promoting the psychosocial development of adolescents;
- methodological issues in planning a psychotherapy trial;
- interventions aimed at improving intergroup relations.
Readings/Bibliography
References will be provided during the course and will be related to the specific topics addressed in each session.
