Jenny Guidi

Jenny Guidi, Ph.D., is currently Associate Professor of clinical psychology at the Department of Psychology of the University of Bologna and a certified Well-Being Therapy specialist and trainer. She graduated with laude in psychology in 2002 and got further training in health psychology (4-year program) at the University of Bologna. She spent some time in the U.S. She then pursued a Ph.D. in clinical psychology at the University of Bologna in 2011. She has been a post-doc there for six year and has been working as a research associate at the Massachusetts General Hospital – Harvard Medical School in Boston. She became Assistant Professor of clinical psychology at the University of Bologna in 2016. Her research interests are concerned with psychotherapy, euthymia, clinimetrics and psychosomatic medicine. She is author/co-author of more than 80 articles published in international high-impact journals. Her current h-index is 32 (Scopus). She is Editor-in-Chief of Psychotherapy and Psychosomatics (IF 22.3).
