Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programmes (BIP)
To participate in an Erasmus+ BIP coordinated by the University of Bologna, you must be nominated by your university.
You will only be able to participate in the learning activities included in the BIP.
Follow the instructions you receive from the relevant office regarding check-in and check-out procedures, signing the Learning Agreement, issuing the certificate of attendance and the Transcript of Records.
For information about how learning activities are organized, please contact the academic coordinator for your BIP.
Erasmus+ Short-term Mobilities
If you wish to undertake a short-term Erasmus+ mobility programme (Short-term Mobility), check with the relevant office (erasmus.bip@unibo.it) whether your university has an active agreement with the University of Bologna and contact a Unibo professor who will supervise your short-term mobility.
Your home university must send your nomination to erasmus.bip@unibo.it well in advance, indicating your personal details, email address, nationality, ISCED-F field of study, the EQF level of your degree programme and the exact dates of your mobility.
If your home university manages the Digital Learning Agreement via Erasmus Without Paper, instructions for sending your DLA via EWP are provided directly by your home university. You will need to use your home university credentials. You cannot use @studio.unibo.it credentials at this stage.
If not, you can manage your LA via AlmaRM:
- fill in your LA;
- log in to AlmaRM with your @studio.unibo.it credentials;
- upload your Learning Agreement in PDF format to your personal AlmaRM page, either directly at the online registration or later, in order to get it approved.
The LA will be verified by the competent Unibo office.
Check-in and check-out will be handled directly by your supervisor. At the end of your mobility, you will be issued a digitally signed and stamped certificate of attendance.
Please note that, as required by the Erasmus+ programme, if you are a first- or second-cycle student, short-term mobility must include a virtual component.
If your home university does not have a valid agreement with the University of Bologna, you can consider a mobility as a Visiting Student or Visiting PhD by contacting a professor in the Department of your interest.
