Course contents

  • Knowledge of morphological, clinical and developmental aspects of thoracic, abdominal and thoracic abdominal aortic aneurysms
  • Knowledge of diagnostic and instrumental methods to identify aortic lesions and plan their endovascular and surgical treatment
  • Knowledge of materials and techniques for endovascular treatment of abdominal, thoracic and thoracic abdominal aortic aneurysms
  • Knowledge of advanced endovascular therapy techniques in the treatment of aneurysms involving supra-aortic trunks and visceral arteries
  • Discussion of clinical cases on the treatment of aortic aneurysms
  • Knowledge of the indications for endovascular treatment of aortic aneurysms and results of this therapeutic choice
  • Knowledge of the morphological aspects of obstructive arterial disease in diabetic and non-diabetic patients
  • Knowledge of instrumental diagnostics of obstructive arterial disease of the lower limbs
  • Knowledge of the Lower Extremity Obstructive Arterial Disease Treatment Guidelines
  • Knowledge of endovascular therapy materials and techniques for obstructive arterial disease of the lower limbs
  • Knowledge of the indications and results of endovascular treatment of obstructive arterial disease of the lower extremities
