Learning outcomes

The course will focus on:
 - organisational life within social and collective action settings;

- communicational processes within organisation and with the outside;

- projecting organisations in complex environments;

- communication, organizzation and marketing process.

Course contents

The course will be divided in two intertwined parts. The first module brings together organization and communication. It examines the communication patterns in the different types of organization and outline the characteristics of units and structures designed to manage and improve the relationship between internal and external processes. During the course we will focus on the relationship between organisational life and communicational processes. The second part aims to examine the relationships between organization, marketing process,  design of new services using communication technologies.
