Teaching methods
The student must know all the texts and all the works presented during the course; must then, choose three works from those present in the General Bibliography to take the exam.
The student has in-depth knowledge of the history and development of non-European literature in French, with particular attention to the relationship between literary texts and the historical, artistic and linguistic context. Knows how to use practical methodologies for the analysis and interpretation of the literary text.
The course aims to analyze the issues of diversity and inclusion in French Native literatures with particular attention to Quebec.After a first part dedicated to the study of the different literary, historical, cultural and linguistic contexts, the course will focus on the issues of diversity and inclusion.
Assessment methods
The program is built with multiple voices, in collaboration - if possible - with professors from French-speaking countries. At the same time it will focus on textual analysis and literary history
