Learning outcomes
At the end of the laboratory students will be aware and knoledgable about the contents, methods and strategies to prepare their own resume (CV) and will have obtained the relational abilities that allow them to succesfully face business interviews.
Course contents
During the first lesson it will be explained the conceptual map of the laboratory, and then during the course those topics will be discussed:
-the actual job market
-what the companies want today, and what they are looking for
-how the candidates can best present themselves and how they can fit the requests
The students have to understand that finding a Job is itself a job; and they need to understand (and consequently to take care of) all those elements and activities that are important for them to have a successful interview.
It will be asked to the student to work on their own curriculum vitae: what is going to be taught it’s how to define the focus of their studies and work experiences (underlining them) and what shouldn’t be insert on the paper.
During the course, some HR Managers and Consultants could be invited taking part to the lessons and telling the student their views and experiences.

For those who will be present at least at the 60% of the lessons: all the slides presented during the lessons, that will be found on the platform.
For those who won’t be present at the lessons for at least the 60% of the time: the slides, and also all the additional material (the abstract) that will be regularly uploaded on the online platform.
