Readings/Bibliography

"Corso di Malattie del Sangue" S. Tura, M. Baccarani-Editore Esculapio Bologna. In addition, specific recent bibliography and web sites are suggested directly to students at the end of each lesson.

Teaching methods

Slides presentation: power-point

The topics covered are implemented with experimental results deriving from ongoing research projects.

Assessment methods

Oral exam at the end of the course of lessons upon registration.

The oral exam includes 3 specific questions (the first chosen by the candidate and the others at the discretion of the teacher).

The final exam aims to evaluate the achievement of the educational objectives:

- To know the biomolecular bases of haematopoietic development under normal and leukaemic conditions

- To understand the development processes of an experimental research plan and the evaluation of the results.

The final grade of the Integrated Course of Molecular Bases of Organ Pathologies II is defined, by means of an oral test, on the average of the scores reported on topics related to the main objectives of the Course.

Teaching tools

Slides are directly available for students.
