Learning outcomes

The student has a specific knowledge of the main criminal law institutes of agri-food criminal law through the analysis of national, European and international regulations and the reference to case law. The "agri-food criminal law " concerns crimes of the Criminal Code (artt. 439 and following; art. 515 c.p. e ss.), and Law No. 283/1962 - Hygienic regulation of the production and sale of food and drink substances
