- Course overview
- The program lasts for six days, commencing on Monday and concluding on Saturday. It will delve into the critical subjects of cross-border litigation and international arbitration. These focal points will be addressed from both substantive and procedural perspectives, emphasizing specific and tangible aspects. All lectures and workshops will be delivered in English, typically commencing at 9:15 a.m. and concluding at approximately 5:30 p.m. Distinguished professors will lead the sessions, supplemented by contributions from promising young researchers carefully chosen through a selection process overseen by ProJuRes, an internal project aimed at fostering emerging talents in the transnational law field and facilitating the intergenerational legal debate. Participants will find themselves immersed in an international environment, engaging with professors and peers from all around the world. They will have the unique opportunity to gain insights into foreign legal frameworks and their interaction on the international stage. Ravenna’s city center will be the setting of this enriching academic program, inviting exploration of its history and monuments. Moreover, attendees will have the chance to interact with individuals coming from various cultures and backgrounds. To enhance this experience, daily social activities will be organized. While participation in such activities is voluntary, they are deemed as essential components of the Summer School experience.
