Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student knows how to use a modelling superstructure (System Dynamics) to support multidimensional control systems and how to correlate to it appropriate rewarding/incentive mechanisms for the company management.

- The management control system, stages, actors, instruments
- Cost analysis to support management consulting
- The multidimensional reporting system and business intelligence
- Development of case studies in the classroom using BI tools (Microsoft Power BI)

Written examination consisting of theoretical questions and illustration of a practical case
