Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide the analytical tools to study the behavior of economic agents (consumers, firms, governments) and their interactions in the market. At the end of the course the student is expected to be familiar with the theoretical framework and analytical tools microeconomists use to study markets' functioning, structures, and government interventions.

Assessment methods

90-minute written examination. During the teaching period, all attending students will take a mid-term written test, followed by a second written test during the first examination session.

Grading scale: Fail: below 18/30; Satisfactory: 18–23/30; Good: 24–27/30; Excellent: 28–30/30; Outstanding: 30/30 cum laude.

Assessment integrity: The use of artificial intelligence (AI) tools during the assessment is strictly prohibited. Any use of AI constitutes a violation of academic integrity.
