At the end of the workshop, through the examination of practical cases, the analysis of judicial decisions, and discussions with experts, the student is able to adopt a practical approach to certain contractual instruments used by economic operators.

Course contents

The course is divided into an introductory section, in which the relevant legal concepts will be covered (contracts in general, business contracts, specific types of business contracts), a laboratory-based section, in which the instructor will present specific cases concerning certain business contracts, which will then be analyzed by both the students and the instructor, and a seminar section, in which industry experts will present their experiences.

Readings/Bibliography

The instructor will provide students with the material covered during the course, together with the slides and the court decisions discussed during the collective comparison.

Teaching methods

The lessons will follow a traditional format, interspersed with testimonials and collegial discussion of specific cases that will be examined in the classroom.

Assessment methods

Active participation in class discussions already constitutes a criterion for evaluating the student.

The assessment will be completed with a multiple-choice written test.

Teaching tools

The lessons will be accompanied by illustrative slides made available to students on Virtuale.unibo.it.

The case analysis materials will also be made available by the instructor using the same methods.
