Graduated with honours in law at the University of Rome La Sapienza, discussing a thesis on commercial law, Speaker Prof. A. Gambino and Prof. D. U. Santosuosso.
Winner of the II CCFD of the SSPA now SNA, where he expanded his knowledge to the economic, social and organizational fields.
A student of Prof. G. Ragusa Maggiore in corporate and bankruptcy law, he collaborates with Prof. Donativi in the chair of commercial law at LUISS University in Rome. Professor of Commercial Law and Director of the ICT and Production Activities Department at MEIER University in Milan.
Italian delegate to the CLEG ( Company Law European Group) at the EU Council and Italian representative to the CICCCR of the EU Commission. Alternate member of Financial security commitee. 

He is the author of several monographs and articles and is a member of the Scientific Committee of several Journals
