Information on participation
to attend classes in person, they must reserve a seat on https://presente.unibo.it according to the usual procedure. Therefore, using "presente.unibo.it" is mandatory to allow for an efficient and smooth management of class seats and, if needed, for contact tracing;
if the room capacity allows it, they can reserve or cancel their booking whenever they like;
for the time being, class chairs will keep the "this is my seat" signs, however, they can disregard those signs and seat wherever there is a seat available; we are currently updating the signs indicating the capacity of each classroom;
moreover, everyone shall comply with last year's safety measures and wear personal protective devices, sanitize hands, open the windows frequently and enter and exit the rooms according to the signs and in an orderly manner;
as per previous communication, a Covid-19 green pass is mandatory to access university facilities, therefore also to access classrooms, everyone will have to show their green pass certificate upon request;
they need to use their @studio.unibo.it username and password to access virtual classrooms; instructions are available at this link https://www.unibo.it/en/teaching/classes-and-exams/classes
rules regulating exams, graduation sessions, access to libraries and study rooms remain unchanged.
