Learning outcomes
The student masters the basic terms and concepts of Italian linguistics and is able to analyze texts from different types, using the tools of linguistic research.
Course contents
- The features of contemporary Italian: Vocabulary, Phonetics and Phonology, Inflectional and Lexical Morphology, Syntax and Textuality, Onomastics.
- The spoken and written varieties of contemporary Italian.
