Learning outcomes
The student acquires in-depth knowledges of German women's literature and is able to use practical methodologies for the analysis and the interpretation of the literary text.
Course contents
The course deals with female poets of the 20th century.
In particularly, il is dedicated to the a selection of poems by Nelly Sachs and Ingeborg Bachmann.
The teacher will upload to Virtuale the materials and texts dealt with during the course and to be prepared for the exam. These materials have to be used only by the students of the course.

Teaching methods
Lectures and seminars.
During the course, students are required to present a poem by Nelly Sachs or Ingeborg Bachmann of their choice that goes beyond those delt with in class.
Assessment methods
During the course, students are required to present a paper on a poems by Nelly Sachs or Ingeborg Bachmann agreed with the lecturer. (Non-attending students will present it during the exam.)
For more information non attending students have to contact the teacher.
