Learning outcomes
In recent years, family disputes have multiplied, making it increasingly necessary for the legal practitioner to know and know how to use the legal instruments for the resolution of such disputes. The workshop aims to introduce participants to the phenomenon of family litigation and its characteristics and peculiarities, and then analyze the negotiation and judicial tools made available by the legislature to resolve, consensually or adjudicatively, conflicts in and within the family. At the end of the workshop, the participant will attain basic knowledge of how to manage a family crisis, including the drafting of the relevant procedural documents.
Course contents
The workshop will examine the main tools for resolving disputes in the field of family law: assisted negotiation, family mediation and, in particular, the family unitary procedure, the rules of which will then have to be applied by the participants in the final mock trial.
