Learning outcomes
Through a laboratory activity selected from those that will be activated each year, students develop cross-disciplinary skills in the practical application of the knowledge acquired during the course. They learn to collect, organise and analyse complex information, and present the results of their analysis in written and oral form.
Course contents
The Comparative Constitutional Justice Workshop will enable students to learn about the various constitutional justice systems that exist, examine how constitutional courts operate and study their rulings. With regard to the Italian system, the workshop will focus primarily on ethical issues addressed by constitutional case law.
The skills acquired will be of a legal nature and will develop the method of comparison.

The workshop requires compulsory attendance and articles and judgments useful for achieving workshop suitability will be indicated during the lessons.
Teaching methods
During the workshop, experts in constitutional justice systems will be invited to speak, and the lectures require active participation from attendees.
Assessment methods
Suitability is achieved by actively participating in lessons and presenting your own contribution (as indicated by the teacher during the workshop) in the last lesson.
