Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide students with the fundamentals notions of Italian financial markets law, with special regard to regulated markets in which financial instruments can be negotiated. Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: understand and analyse the main questions concerning law and regulation on collection of saving and saving instruments.

Course contents

General Part. - General legal framework of financial markets and investment services (principles, notions and sources of law; supervision: securities control Authorities and financial intermediaries, public call for proposals: public offering of financial products and public bids for purchase or exchange, services Investment; legal framework of different kind of markets).

Special Part. - Legal aspects on main contracts in Banking Law, Financial Markets Law, Insurance Law
