Learning outcomes

At the end of the course, students will be able to: - acquire the basic knowledge of energy management; - understand and describe the diagrams of the main types of power plants and their main components; - understand the main types of compressible and incompressible fluid machines and their operation; - be able to perform simple calculations related to the determination of thermodynamic properties or elementary balances.
