At the end of the course, the student possesses the knowl-dge to recognize and interpret the main immune mediated diseases (eg allergic diseases, immunodeficiencies, autoimmune diseases and systemic connective tisse diseases). In particular, the student is able to: - interpret the signs, symptoms and laboratory data that characterize immune-mediated diseases; - to know the main allergic diseases and the main allergens, the main signs and symptoms of the organ and set up an appropriate therapeutic program; - to interpret signs, symptoms and laboratory data for the proper diagnosis and setting of the major organ and non-organ specific autoimmune diseases, and to know the basis for their treatment; - to interpret signs, symptoms and laboratory data of the most important acquired and primitive immune deficiency syndromes and to know the bases for their treatment.

Gradation of the final evaluation:

18-19: preparation on a very limited number of course topics, ability to analyze only with the help of the teacher, overall correct language;

20-24: preparation on a limited number of course topics; autonomous analysis skills only on purely executive matters, correct language;

25-29: preparation on a large number of topics of the course, autonomy of critical analysis, mastery of specific terminology;

30-30L: substantially exhaustive preparation on the topics of the course, independent choices of critical analysis and connection, full mastery of specific terminology, capacity for argumentation and self-reflection.
