Exchange students @unibo: verify your identity (Bologna Campus only, for EU nationals or equivalent)
If Bologna is your destination campus and you are a citizen of an EU country or one of these countries: Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Switzerland, you must verify your identity before your arrival.
After completing the online registration at the University of Bologna and obtaining your credentials, access the Virtual Desk of the Exchange Student Desk on the Bologna Campus to verify your identity. You will need to show your passport or identity card.
At the end of the session, you will receive a confirmation email "Fast Check-in: first step completed". Once you arrive in Bologna, to check in, you will simply need to reply to this message with your personal travel document for your arrival in Italy (for example, your flight ticket). The trip must already have been completed (Fast Check-in).
Please note: this procedure is reserved for EU or equivalent citizens. If you are a non-EU citizen, you will need to check-in at the Virtual Desk after your arrival in Bologna.
