Lectures, group work, case study discussions, and classroom-based practical exercises

Assessment methods

Students will be assessed through the preparation of a written assignment covering the courses “Nursing Caring Applied to Priority Health Problems (PHPs),” “Health Literacy,” and “Health Needs and Care Management in Community Care Settings.” The assignment is intended to evaluate students’ ability to critically process and integrate the course content. The written assignment will subsequently be discussed during an oral examination.

The assignment must be submitted to the professors at least 10 days before the scheduled oral discussion date. Both components, the written assignment and the oral discussion,will contribute to the final grade, which will cover all three courses.

The grade for the Integrated Course (I.C.) “Elective T” will be determined based on the average grade obtained in the other assessments of the Integrated Course.

Grading Scale

  • 18-19: Knowledge of a very limited number of topics covered during the course; analytical skills emerge only with the instructor’s guidance; overall use of appropriate language.
  • 20-24: Knowledge of a limited number of topics covered during the course; ability to perform independent analysis only on straightforward operational issues; correct use of language.
  • 25-29: Knowledge of a broad range of topics covered during the course; ability to make independent critical judgments and analyses; good command of subject-specific terminology.
  • 30-30 cum laude: Comprehensive knowledge of the topics covered during the course; ability to perform independent critical analysis and establish meaningful connections among concepts; full command of subject-specific terminology, strong argumentation skills, and capacity for self-reflection.

However, the use of AI in any form during assessment activities is strictly prohibited. Any such use will be considered a violation of academic integrity.
