Learning outcomes
The course aims to train and educate students on using BIM applications in the context of interventions on built heritage. The course, starting from the basic knowledge and skills already acquired on the use of BIM systems, considers both the "pillars" of BIM technology (datum, contents, views, management) and their applications in the process of building interventions in which data relating to the current state and the survey of the existing are used. The course provides a complete overview of the main BIM applications currently in use to develop a critical approach to these techniques and evaluate the most suitable solution to the design problems.
