Learning outcomes

The course aims to equip students with core knowledge and skills for the generation, selection and development of entrepreneurial ideas, both as new ventures and in the context of corporate entrepreneurship. In particular, students will acquire competences in business model generation and development, validation and hypotheses testing, data gathering and analysis, all aimed at the development and improvement of viable business ideas.

Assessment methods

Attending students (present for at least 50% of classes) will be able to have 50% of their grade covered by a group project + 50% of the sit in exam + up to 10% round up for class participation. For Erasmus students, the same exam arrangements apply.

Sit in exams are held in presence, in the classroom, with the following modalities: A written test, mandatory, awarding a maximum grade of 30 points + Honors

The exam includes questions on critical discussion of theories, strategies, tools and their application to real or hypothetical cases.

Preparation for the exam requires a comprehensive knowledge of the theories, analytical and conceptual tools and applications contained in all the texts that constitute the course materials, in addition to the materials distributed during the course on the platform.

It is possible to reject the exam grade up to two times.
The exam grade will be given according to the following scale:

- <18 insufficient
- 18-23 sufficient
- 24-27 good
- 28-30 excellent
- 30 cum laude excellent
