Learning outcomes

After reviewing the founding categories of the discipline, the Course will address the most relevant issues for the current competitive condition. In particular, the aspects concerning purchasing decisions, customer experience and subsequent evaluations will be explored in depth. Specific attention will be paid to the role of technologies on both the demand and supply sides and to the development of new products and services. At the end of the Course, students will be able to outline a program for managing a new project.
