Learning outcomes

The student will acquire the knowledge and understanding of the nature of business management activities and the main disciplines of management in the hospitality field. The aim of the course is to deepen the concepts and theories of business strategy in the world of hospitality. Specifically, the course allows students to acquire the basic knowledge related to the formulation of the strategy necessary for the actors operating in the hospitality sector, to understand tools and models that allow them to interpret and critically analyze the strategic challenges that this sector faces, to develop the ability to apply this knowledge, to propose possible solutions to concrete strategic problems in this area.
