Learning outcomes

By the end of the course, students should achieve a minimum level of A2 (according to the Council of Europe framework) for spoken French, with an ideal target of B1. For reading comprehension, a minimum level of B1 is expected, while a B2 level is considered ideal. Specifically, students should be able to follow the main themes of an oral text, such as a lesson or a news broadcast, and provide a simple oral report based on it. Additionally, they should be capable of understanding written texts of moderate difficulty related to their degree program.
