Learning outcomes
Digital services have to meet various requirements in terms of performance, scalability and reliability. At the end of this course, the student knows how to analyze the whole lifecycle of high-quality services, from design to deployment, testing and operation. More precisely, students will be able to a) gather and analyze data; b) identify sources of outages and critical dependencies; c) avoid bottlenecks and single points of failure. Students will also be capable of evaluating and discussing alternatives, and justifying investment in support of business services.
