Learning outcomes
The course aims at analyzing the growth of a European public sphere. At the end of the course, students will be able to recognize the development of rights, as well as to assess the degree to which these have become common throughout different national systems, and to develop arguments relating to controversial rights.

1. Introduction, 2. Theoretical Framework, 3. Abortion, 4. Same Sex Marriage, 5. Freedom of Religion, 6. Euthanasia.
