Academic Year 2026/2027

  • Teaching Mode: In-person learning (entirely or partially)
  • Campus: Bologna
  • Corso: First cycle degree programme (L) in Techniques and Management for Construction and Land (cod. 6115)

Learning outcomes

At the end of the Catasto course, the student acquires sufficient knowledge about the formation, activation, conservation and updating of the Catasto, which is divided into Catasto Fabbricati (Building Registry) and Catasto Terreni (Land Registry), and to read correctly the various documents, maps and planimetries. The student acquires the necessary skills and competences to operate directly on the archive and to use the data for land and building management. The main documents for freelance professionals are also covered with practical exercises (in particular using the Docfa and Pregeo software). The teaching supports and integrates the other disciplines which characterize the Course; the adequate knowledge of the Catasto is very important in the technical/professional context
