Basic knowledge of surgical diseases, both in elective and emergency setting, with a specific focus on onychopathies

- Course introduction
- Intersection between General Surgery and Podology
- Total and partial onycectomy (surgical technique, postoperative course and possible complications)
- Ulcers of lower limbs
- Foot wound and trauma
- Frequent Surgical diseases: Umbilical/inguinal hernia,diverticular disease and diverticulitis; acute appendicitis, gallstone disease, acute cholecystitis
