Learning outcomes
The seminar aims to explore the strategic model in the financial domain of a company that symbolizes Italian excellence, analyzing how corporate culture is embodied in finance-related functions. Through direct interaction with Ferrari managers, students have the opportunity to examine the financial levers capable of supporting an iconic brand. In particular, the seminar seeks to stimulate critical reflection on the relationship between tradition and innovation in the financial sphere.
Course contents
Each session will include a guest lecture, during which the speaker will begin by presenting the activities carried out within their company. Each speaker will then follow their own approach, which will be clearly outlined from the outset. Generally, participants will be presented with a problem to work on independently in groups. In the final phase, the discussion will return to a plenary session to share and discuss the results.
