Learning outcomes

At the end of the workshop, students will be able to: Knowledge 1. Understand how technological and digital innovation is transforming the labour market, especially in legal, economic, and managerial professions. 2. Identify the transversal skills and emerging professional profiles required in dynamic and complex work environments. 3. Gain awareness of key organisational trends and new work models (e.g., hybrid work, digital platforms, automation). Skills 4. Analyse and enhance their personal and professional profile by identifying strengths, areas for improvement, and growth paths. 5. Develop a short- and medium-term professional action plan aligned with current changes in the labour market.

Course contents

The objective of the workshop is to provide skills, practical tools, and new interpretative frameworks to help participants face their entry into the world of work. At the end of the workshop, students will have experienced a personal empowerment journey that opens up new perspectives for achieving their professional goals, resulting in a concrete action plan.

The overall program is designed to increase self-awareness in terms of strengths and areas for development. Through a practical yet organic and systemic multidisciplinary approach, it integrates: knowing, knowing how to do, knowing how to be, and knowing how to feel, making students more resilient in facing future challenges and choices.

1.Empowerment and potential development: strengths and areas for growth
2.Emotions at work: the key to connecting with people and the world
3.Effective use of the three communication registers: verbal, non-verbal, paraverbal
4.Taking care of one’s image and reputation: principles of netiquette for the effective use of corporate communication tools
5.Building a map of one’s development path, identifying resources, and exploring future opportunities for fulfillment

Teaching methods


The workshop, which aims to project students into the world of work with a corporate-training approach, consists of:
30% theoretical input
60% practical application
10% listening activities, through surveys aimed at identifying additional interests and, where possible, integrating them into the program
