B9669 - GESTIONE DEL CANTIERE - PROCEDURE E NORMATIVA

Academic Year 2025/2026

  • Teaching Mode: Traditional lectures
  • Campus: Cesena
  • Corso: Single cycle degree programme (LMCU) in Architecture (cod. 9265)

Learning outcomes

The course aims to provide students with the knowledge needed to understand and master the structure of a construction site. Starting with the industry regulatory framework and current legislation, students acquire knowledge regarding project construction, the scheduling of work phases, and the interaction between the various contractors who will carry out the work. The course then helps students understand the different roles within a construction site and the various figures who manage it, both in the preliminary planning stages of the construction site and in the purely operational phases. Each figure is then outlined in relation to both current industry regulations and actual construction site practice. By way of example, but not limited to, the following roles are considered: Designer, Project Manager, and Safety Coordinator, in their legal meanings and their actual roles in the various phases of construction site management.
