Learning outcomes

Understanding Primary Health Care in order to shape care delivery: a comprehensive approach that considers all the variables influencing the health of individuals and communities, going beyond the strictly individual clinical domain. Learning to implement a care model based on the principles of Comprehensive Primary Health Care, promoting the overcoming of fragmentation among the various actors involved — both professionals and community members — through the creation of multidisciplinary, multisectoral, and multidimensional care networks, starting from the active involvement of individuals and communities as full participants in their own health, understood as a shared good.
Understanding the roles/functions, strategies, and experiences of nurses in community settings.
