Course contents

...The course is designed to provide a basic understanding of the legal profile of the business in the context of international trade. It begins with a general introduction to business and commercial law, then moves on to classic topics in international trade law, ultimately focusing on the obligations arising from commercial contracts, with particular attention given to the Vienna Convention on international sales and the main international trade contracts (agency, distribution, licensing); there will be a special emphasis on Joint Venture issues and business groupings. Additionally, there will be some considerations on both UNIDROIT principles of international commercial contracts and the topic of the community 'internal market'.
