Learning outcomes
The student acquires the skills necessary for the use of traditional radiology tools such as anti-scatter grids, filters, collimators, AEC, bedside examination supports, Flat panel, CR, DR.
Course contents
The program includes classroom-taught lesson in which the main tools and techniques in traditional radiology will be explored, specifically:
- Radiographic Films and Screens
- Sensitometric curve
- Anti-scatter grids
- Filters
- Collimators
- AEC (Automatic Exposure Control)
- Flat Pannel, CR and DR
