Learning outcomes

The module explains the indications provided by the most important international scientific societies, regarding the management/treatment of patients who present (or have had) an acute coronary syndrome and/or are affected by chronic coronary syndrome, make them aware of the physiopathological bases and of the scientific evidence underpinning these indications.

At the end of the lessons, the student will have acquired not only the knowledge of the indications provided by the guidelines, but also those which, on the basis of comorbidities, remain points of uncertainty, for a correct management and secondary prevention of coronary artery disease.
