Learning outcomes

The student acquires knowledge relating to digital health documentation in the judicial field, the NIS Directive on the protection of sensitive national and EU information infrastructures, computer crimes L. 547 / 93 and L. 48/2008, the Gelli law and Radiodiagnostics and Radiotherapy, the legislation on the transfer of digital data in the judicial field, the protection of personal data processed with the HIS, RIS-PACS systems and the technical assessments on IT documents generated by health systems.

    Teaching methods

    • The seminar is carried out using teaching innovation techniques

    • Conventional in-person lessons, unless otherwise indicated and prescribed by the University

    • Exceptionally, simultaneous lessons remotely in case of need (transport strike, disasters, emergencies, health reasons, etc.)

    • Analysis of legislation, jurisprudence and doctrine

    • Analysis and discussion of cases regarding e-health and radiology systems

    Assessment methods

    The exam will consist of a written or oral test aimed at assessing the level of knowledge acquisition
