Learning outcomes

At the end of the module, the student has the knowledge relating to taking charge of the person/family in the context of priority health problems in the medical area. Identifies, plans and evaluates nursing assistance interventions and collaborates with other professionals in the diagnostic-therapeutic-assistance pathways.

Course contents

Topics covered:

• assistance to patients with cardiovascular disease
• assistance to the patient suffering from neurological pathology
• assistance to patients with respiratory diseases
• assistance to the patient suffering from metabolic endocrine pathology
• assistance to patients with renal disease
• assistance to the patient suffering from oncological pathology
• assistance to patients undergoing invasive and non-invasive diagnostic procedures
• rating scales

Assessment methods

Written test with multiple choice answers and a semi-structured question:

- 14 multiple choice questions (1 point for each correct answer)

- 6 true/false questions (1 point for each correct answer)

- 1 semi-structured question (max 10 points)
