Course contents
The laboratory aims to introduce students to, and allow them to experience, the key elements that characterize the contexts in which the socio-pedagogical educator lives and carries out their professional activity. The laboratory becomes an active and dynamic space where various educators and pedagogists will present, in person, the value and richness of educational work in the social field.
Through discussion of theoretical models, analysis of the local context, and interaction with professionals working in public institutions, private organizations, and the third sector, the laboratory seeks to provide the minimum competencies necessary to understand the network of socio-pedagogical services, their internal organization, existing interactions, and the types of activities/interventions implemented.
The laboratory is structured into sessions that combine lectures, group work, direct engagement with educators and pedagogists, as well as some hours of remote work. During the laboratory sessions, various educators and organizations operating in contexts where students may one day play an active role will be presented.
