Learning outcomes

The student knows the discipline of workers employed in the public administrations resulting from the so-called “privatization” occurred in the decade 1992-2002. In terms of skills, the student knows the system of sources of matter, the regulation of the main institutions of the employment relationship and the related trade union rights. In terms of skills, the student is able to find and understand the legal sources of the matter and the national framework and sector collective agreements, the judgments published on the subject through the main databases and the doctrinal contributions published in the main journals on the subject. The student is aware of the differentiating features with respect to the regulation of subordinate work in the company, as well as, from an interdisciplinary point of view, possesses the ability to discern the aspects of organization and administrative law with respect to those regulated by privatized public labor law.

Teaching methods

The course will be conducted through lectures covering the various thematic areas mentioned under "Contents".

Some practical sessions will also be organized. 

Assessment methods

The exam will be conducted through an interview aimed at verifying the acquisition of knowledge, consisting of several questions related to above mentioned program (section "Contents").

The evaluation of the exam will take into account:

- knowledge of institutional profiles;

- the ability to analyze the jurisprudential and doctrinal orientations;

- the ability to make connections between the different parts of the program; 

- the ability to develop critical arguments;

- the articulation and accuracy of the exposure. 

 

In particular: 

- knowledge of a very limited number of topics covered in the course and analytical ability that emerges only with the help of the teacher, expressed with generally correct language: 18-19;

- knowledge of a limited number of topics covered in the course and independent analytical ability only on purely executive issues, expressed with correct language: 20-24;

- Knowledge of a wide range of topics covered in the course, ability to make autonomous choices of critical analysis and connections, mastery of specific terminology: 25-29;

- Substantially exhaustive knowledge of the topics covered in the course, ability to make autonomous choices of critical analysis and connections, full mastery of specific terminology and ability to argue and self-reflect: 30-30L.

 

Teaching tools

University's platform "Virtuale" can be used to support teaching activities, particularly for sharing materials used during lessons.
