Learning outcomes
This course will focus on the most important neurologic and psychiatric pathologies of childhood and adolescence; to improve learnig clinical cases and video will be utilized. Students will strengthen their understanding and knowledge of the clinical pictures, diagnosis and treatments of the examined disorders.
Course contents
Psychomotor development, cerebral palsy, learning disorders, intellectual disability, epilepsy and febrile convulsions, autism spectrum disorder, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder, tic, mood disorders, feeding and eating disorders.

The teaching material presented during the lessons will be made available to the students on Platform Virtual Learning Environment. Published articles related to the topics covered may also be included.

Teaching methods
Lectures with Q&A sessions, for a total of 24 contact hours.
Assessment methods
Students must attend at least 70% of the course contact hours in order to take the final oral exam.
